Later this week, Los Angeles County plans to issue a new health officer order requiring proof of vaccination for indoor pubs, wineries, breweries, nightclubs, and lounges. Outdoor mega-events, such as Dodgers, Rams, and Chargers games, will also require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours. The Daily Mail reported that county Public Health Director Dr. Barbara Ferrer told the Board of Supervisors about the new restrictions on Wednesday, Sept. 15. The new program will begin on Oct. 7 with proof of at least one vaccine dosage, and proof of full vaccination will be required by Nov. 4.
