The greatest evils in China today are not viruses. This is a story of two worlds colliding: a family in America and a prisoner of conscience in China.
A mother and her five-year-old daughter shop for a Halloween costume. But what they don’t know is that the Chinese Communist Party forces prisoners of conscience to make these cheap products sold in America. One of these forced laborers practices Falun Gong, a peaceful meditation practice that grew rapidly in China in the 1990’s. Due to its popularity, the dictator launched a brutal persecution with the decree to “Defame their reputation, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically.”
As the prisoner of conscience makes Halloween costumes, at the risk of her life, she slips a note inside one product. Her only hope is that someone in America finds it and learns the truth.
