The famous conservative commentator Rogan O’Handley, known as @DC_Draino, took up the strategy of having former President Donald Trump return to the White House before the 2024 presidential election.

This would require Trump to run for and win a seat as a House representative in Florida’s 2022 election and then be elected as speaker of that corporation, according to The Western Journal on June 7.

“Trump runs for the House of Representatives for Florida in ’22. Boom, he then controls a branch of the federal government and can push to impeach Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris,” O’Handley posited.

Concluding his strategy, O’Handley said, “As the speaker of the House, Trump would be next in line for the presidency. Under the 22nd Amendment, he could still run for POTUS in ’24.”

All of this would take place after the electoral ‘red wave’ predicted for the 2022 elections, which would give the Republicans a majority in the House of Representatives.

Trump’s former chief strategist, Steve Bannon, agrees with O’Handley, although with a difference in procedure, as he expressed in The War Room on June 8.

“Our concept is that we’re going to have a sweeping victory, you can already see the momentum building in 2022. And our theory of the case is Donald Trump does not need to run for Congress and should not run for Congress as an individual congressman,” Bannon proposed

He added: “That’s ridiculous. What Donald Trump should do is after we win a sweeping victory, the House members should vote him as Speaker of the House, at least for some interim period of time.”

Reiterating, “Not Kevin McCarthy, Donald Trump. Where Donald Trump takes the gavel from Nancy Pelosi and he immediately moves to impeach Joe Biden.”

Moreover, the strategy seems interesting to Trump himself, as he said in a radio interview conducted by Wayne Allyn Root on June 4.

Allyn Root asked him, “Why not, instead of waiting until 2024, and I hope he runs in 2024, but why not run in 2022 for the U.S. Congress?” he asked.

“That’s so—that’s so interesting. Yeah, you know it’s very interesting. But you know what, your idea might be better. It’s very interesting,” Trump responded, adding that he had been pitched that idea before.

“Do it! You’ll be a folk hero!”, Root encouraged him in turn.

However, Trump has several alternatives to continue working for the country, which now presents a scenario that leaves much to be desired. After carefully evaluating them, he will decide; accordingly, a spokesman said.

“There’s a continued, enduring interest and folks encouraging him to run in 2024, but he’s in no rush to make a decision. And he’ll do that at the appropriate time,” Jason Miller said in this regard.

Trump marked his return to political life and gave an imposing speech at the Republican Convention in North Carolina. He emphasized the crumbling of U.S. democracy under President Joe Biden and responded to the media by defiantly declaring, “I’m the one who’s trying to save it,” NewsMax reported June 5.
