The founder and CEO of Smartmatic Voting Systems, Antonio Mugica, admitted at a press conference in August 2017 that his software and voting machines created over 1 million phantom votes in the Venezuelan 2017 election.

Smartmatic technology has provided election technology and support services in Venezuela since 2004, and Mugica said, “We have been satisfied that the voting process and the counting has been completely accurate. It is therefore with the deepest regret that we have to report that the turnout numbers on Sunday, 30th of July, 2017, for the constituent assembly in Venezuela were tampered with.”

He continued, “Based on the robustness of our system, we know without any doubt, that the turnout of the recent election for a national constituent assembly was manipulated.”

Mugica also admitted that the Smartmatic system was able to steal the election in Venezuela due to the absence of any election observers. He acknowledged many countries experienced similar voter fraud.

Smartmatic denies any connection with Dominion Voting Systems, reported Reuters. Samira Saba, communications director for Smartmatic, told Reuters via email, “Smartmatic has never owned any shares or had any financial stake in Dominion Voting Systems. Smartmatic has never provided Dominion Voting Systems with any software, hardware, or other technology.”

They do, however, share Bill Gates inspired Microsoft software.

Attorney for the Trump campaign Lin Wood said in a Tweet, “Smartmatic was front & center in effort to steal 2020 election.”

Dominion equipment has been used in the critical battleground states in the 2020 election, including Nevada, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.

A photo from 2015 of Mugica with Bill Gates at the Global Citizen convention has been doing the social media rounds with renewed interest.

The Global Citizen is a globalist social justice organization whose aim is eliminating global poverty through socialism and enjoys the support of prominent leftist leaders, including Bill Gates, the Obamas, and Pope Francis.

Political veteran and friend of President Trump, Roger Stone, alleges he has evidence that Bill Gates instructed Microsoft to design the vote-counting software that has been used to steal the election for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

The software, called Election Guard, has “been used by Dominion, as well as Election Services, Hart InterCivic, Clean Ballot, Election Systems and Hardware, BPro, and Smartmatic,” said Stone in a video he released.
