Former Vice President Joe Biden has plenty of support from Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to allow males into female bathrooms and change rooms in public schools.

A reporter recently asked the question of Schumer, “Joe Biden said that on his first day of office, he will give transgender students access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity in federally funded schools,” a reporter stated. “Do you think he has the ability to do this and do you agree with his decision?”

“I agree with the decision and I know he’ll check things out thoroughly, legally,” Schumer responded.

Last October Biden stated during a televised town hall that young children who want to “transition” will be allowed to do so under his presidency, as he intends to “flat-out just change the law” to accommodate it, as reported by The Federalist.

“The idea that an 8-year-old child or a 10-year-old child decides, you know, ‘I decided I want to be transgender. That’s what I think I’d like to be. It would make my life a lot easier.’ There should be zero discrimination,” he said. He also pledged to sign the Equality Act to stop the “epidemic” of violence “against transgender and gender nonconforming people.”

“My administration will enact the Equality Act to end legal discrimination against LGBTQ+ people, expand economic opportunities for LGBTQ+ people, reform our treatment of transgender and gender nonconforming individuals in our criminal justice system, ensure access to accurate identification documents, and improve government data collection to better track violence against the transgender community,” Biden said.
