Attorney Sidney Powell, who worked closely with President Donald Trump’s campaign legal team, will file a lawsuit in Georgia on Wednesday, Nov. 25, her colleague Lin Wood said.

“I have worked closely with @SidneyPowell1 & others over recent weeks. The lawsuit Sidney will be filing tomorrow in GA speaks TRUTH,” Wood wrote on Twitter on Nov. 24.

While details of the presentation have not yet been released, Powell had previously reported that she was working on a major election-fraud lawsuit, claiming that she would not allow the United States to be “stolen by communists.”

“The evidence I’m compiling is overwhelming that this software tool was used to shift millions of votes from President Trump and other Republican candidates to Biden and other Democrat candidates,” Powell said in a press release issued by General Michael Flynn, a former Trump administration official.

Powell has stated that voting technology companies, such as Dominion Voting Systems, were involved in a multinational conspiracy financed by “communist money” to reverse the election.

“American patriots are fed up with the corruption from the local level to the highest level of our government,” she said.

“We are not going to be intimidated. We are not going to back down … We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide,” Powell said days ago. “We are going to prove it. And we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom,” she added.

Moreover, the former federal prosecutor said a criminal investigation should be initiated into the allegations.

President Donald Trump’s campaign legal team held a historic press conference Thursday in Washington, D.C., saying they gathered enough evidence to deduce that there was “centralized” fraud in the Nov. 3 election to prevent the president’s re-election.

Led by President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, the legal team accused the Democratic Party of stealing ballots, preventing Republican observers from participating in the count and changing the computers’ results through algorithms.

At the conference, Powell had detailed that another lawsuit, filed in Georgia by Lin Woodwho works closely with Trump’s legal team—has included a “stunning, detailed affidavit” from a whistleblower who said he witnessed Venezuelan officials working with the electoral software company Smartmatic to rig elections in that country. He said Dominion Voting Systems uses software that incorporates much of the Smartmatic system.

“Enemies of America will deny its allegations. Do NOT believe them. Believe Sidney & me. We love America & freedom. Our enemies do not,” Wood said in his Nov. 24 tweet.

Wood’s comment comes days after Giuliani made it clear that Powell does not work for the Trump campaign’s legal team.

Flynn said that Powell understands the White House press release and agrees with it.

“She is staying the course to prove the massive deliberate election fraud that robbed #WeThePeople of our votes for President Trump & other Republican candidates,” said Flynn on Twitter. Powell is respected for successfully representing general Flynn in court.

Against this backdrop, there is an expectation in the Trump campaign members and his supporters about Powell’s presentation.

“We will not allow this great Republic to be stolen by communists from without and within or our votes altered or manipulated by foreign actors in Hong Kong, Iran, Venezuela, or Serbia, for example, who have neither regard for human life nor the people who are the engine of this exceptional country,” Powell assured in a statement issued on Nov. 22.

“#WeThePeople elected Donald Trump and other Republican candidates to restore the vision of America as a place of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” Powell said, adding that the lawsuit she will file this week will be epic.
