Democrats in the House of Representatives prevented the bill’s passage, which called for declassifying intelligence agencies’ information on the controversial origins of the COVID-19 or CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus.

The bill called the COVID-19 Origins Act did not move forward in its legislative process because 216 Democratic representatives voted against it after it had passed unanimously in the Senate, according to Just the News on July 22.

It specifically required the Director of National Intelligence to allow access to information linking the virus to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“With an estimated 600,000 Americans lost to the COVID-19 pandemic, we must leave no stone unturned as we work to uncover the origins of the 2019 novel Coronavirus,” Republican Rep. Brad Wenstrup of Ohio said in June.

He added, “Reports of efforts by the Chinese Communist Party and the World Health Organization to stymie investigations and possibly conceal the truth are unethical and deeply disturbing.”

Despite multiple indications pointing to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China, as the site where the destructive virus began a year and a half ago, various powers are blocking knowledge of the truth about it.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), criticized the WHO, saying, “Today the GOP Doctors Caucus provided expert medical insight and awareness to the World Health Organizations’ investigation failures.”

And she assured, “House Republicans will not rest until China is held accountable for their role in the Covid-19 virus outbreak.”

No less worrying are the responses given by the Chinese communist regime to the numerous requests for collaboration to investigate the events that gave rise to the disastrous virus in its territory.

In this regard, yesterday, the deputy director of the National Health Commission of China, Zeng Yixin, said that Beijing would not cooperate with another investigation on this issue, according to The Wall Street Journal.

“In some aspects, the WHO’s plan for next phase of investigation of the coronavirus origin doesn’t respect common sense, and it’s against science. It’s impossible for us to accept such a plan,” Yixin stated

Hopefully, the refusal will not improve the CCP’s image in the West, as it is apparently just another attempt to convince Americans and Europeans that COVID-19 was not the result of a careless leak from the lab.

In this context, Dr. Peter Navarro, former aide and trade advisor to former President Donald Trump, laid out “undisputed” facts that he believes the CCP virus originated in a Wuhan lab. Furthermore, Dr. Anthony Fauci is involved in that process.

Navarro hypothesizes that Fauci has funded the research to create COVID-19 (CCP virus) in a Wuhan lab through the federal agency under his supervision: the National Institutes of Health (NIH) could eventually explain the Democrats’ radical opposition to investigating the origin of the virus.
