Human rights attorney Leigh Dundas, a resident of Orange County, California, defended children whom school officials wanted to have vaccinated against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Virus without their parents’ knowledge.

Dundas accused Health Agency Director Dr. Clayton Chau and Superintendent of Schools Al Mijares of trying to “find a way to sidestep and entirely remove informed parental consent for the CCP Virus (COVID) vaccine,” 100PercentFedUp stated on April 28.

Dundas’ complaint to the Orange County Board of Education was so forceful that Chau had to drop his project, as Dundas recounted during her speech at the Health and Freedom Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as in the following video.

Dr. Chau’s plan included digital verification of county CCP virus vaccines via a scannable QR code

Chau facing public outrage over potential privacy and tracking issues related to his vaccine verification plan abandoned his controversial project.

Dundas explained at length why vaccination was not the most suitable option for the intended protection of the county’s children.

“The COVID-19 (CCP Virus) vaccine is an experimental medical protocol authorized under the emergency use authorization act, and as such, you cannot mandate it for anyone, nor can you sidestep informed consent,” she clarified.

Dundas added, “Hear me loud, and hear me well—We will not be morphing our school campuses into COVID vaccine centers for delivery of an experimental medical protocol that killed every ferret they had in the study until such time they had to abandon the study,” to her audience in Orange.

Additionally, she emphasized that children are not in a position to decide for themselves on the sensitive issue, just as the law deems that they also cannot decide about “smoking, drinking, driving, having sex, voting or dying for this country.”

An outraged Dundas recalls the Nazi doctor, Josef Mengele, known as the “Angel of Death,” who experimented on children at the Auschwitz concentration camp in Germany in 1943.

Dundas demanded that Chau and Mijares be censured immediately and that they resign forthwith. To bolster her demands, she cited sanctions usually imposed by the state in similar situations.

“The willful failure to obtain a subject’s informed consent by imprisonment in county jail for one year or the imposition of a $50,000 fine—or both,” Dundas cited, according to 100PercentFedUp.

Vaccination has caused much confusion among citizens, and much of it is due to uncertainty over the downstream effects and the thousands of deaths they cause, among other undesirable effects.

In an interview with Steve Bannon on April 19, Professor Harvey Risch of the prestigious Yale University said that the actual effectiveness of vaccines against the CCP Virus in preventing contagion is between 50 and 60% and that health authorities are not being transparent in communicating with the public.

He also explained that he often disagrees with official health measures and differs from the criteria Dr. Fauci and the authorities are using to analyze the effectiveness of vaccines.

“They are looking at ‘does the vaccine prevent the spread of the infection?’ And for that, the drug company, the vaccine companies provided no information,'” Risch insisted.
