Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Virus (COVID-19) vaccinations aren’t the same as massive full-body bulletproof armor. Being completely vaccinated does not provide complete protection against COVID-19. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there have already been 4,115 recorded cases of completely vaccinated persons hospitalized or dying from COVID-19 coronavirus breakthrough infections.
Nearly half the cases (49%) were women, and 76% were aged 65 and up as of June 21. According to Forbes, there were 3,907 hospitalizations and 750 fatalities among individuals who had breakthrough infections. However, not all hospitalizations may link to the CCP Virus (COVID-19).
If a person tests positive for SARS-Cov-2 (CCP Virus) two weeks after getting the single dose of Johnson & Johnson or the two doses from Moderna or Pfizer shots, it is considered a breakthrough case.
Due to passive and voluntary reporting, the number of CCP Virus vaccination breakthrough infections is likely undercounted.
The FDA reported, “These surveillance data are a snapshot and help identify patterns and look for signals among vaccine breakthrough cases,” and “No unexpected patterns have been identified in the reported breakthrough infections.”
The CDC switched from monitoring all reported vaccination breakthrough cases to only report instances that resulted in hospitalization or death on May 1, a decision that health experts condemned.
Despite the CDC’s claim that the change in reporting will “help enhance the quality of the data gathered on cases of greatest clinical and public health relevance,” the change in reporting has resulted in a decrease in the overall number of breakthrough cases reported in the United States.
As of April 30, the CDC reported a total of 10,262 SARS-CoV-2 vaccination breakthrough infections from 46 U.S. states and territories, with 995 hospitalizations and 160 fatalities.
According to The Wall Street Journal, over half of the individuals affected in a COVID Delta outbreak in Israel were completely vaccinated with Pfizer’s vaccine.
People who have been fully vaccinated and come into touch with the Delta version will be quarantined, according to Chezy Levy, the director-general of Israel’s health ministry, in a statement released on June 23.
“Even though the numbers are low, the fact that this is reaching vaccinated people means … that we are still checking how many vaccinated people have also been infected,” Levy added.
On Monday, June 28, Levy claimed that a third of the new daily cases were vaccinated persons. Even though the numbers are preliminary, they suggest that the Delta strain might spread even in countries where significant populations have been vaccinated, as in Israel.
This month, the Daily Mail reported that new research in the United Kingdom found that 12 (or 29%) of 42 fully vaccinated persons died after contracting the Delta strain. However, at a technical briefing held by Public Health England on June 25, that proportion had climbed to 43% (50 of 117), with the majority (60%) having received at least one vaccine dose.

HBO political talk show host Bill Maher was completely vaccinated when he tested positive for COVID, as The Defender revealed in May, causing HBO to delay recording two of his episodes.
In the same month, eight Yankees players, including coaches, staff members, and two-time All-Star shortstop Gleyber Torres, tested positive for COVID. At least 85% of the team had received vaccinations.
According to the Royal Caribbean Group, two completely vaccinated guests aboard a Celebrity cruise ship tested positive for COVID on June 10 and had to be quarantined. According to The New York Times, the ship was advertised as North America’s first fully-vaccinated cruise.
Before boarding, the ship’s 650 crew members and 600 passengers had to be vaccinated and provide confirmation of a negative COVID test performed within 72 hours before sailing. Two passengers on an MSC Cruises Mediterranean cruise tested positive as well.
