Billionaire Bill Gates, who has been heavily criticized for his extreme and erratic approaches to climate change, will be the keynote speaker to train 40 heads of state participating in the new climate change summit organized by the White House starting today.
Thursday marks the start of the new climate change summit, and to the surprise of many, the keynote speaker will be none other than tech billionaire Bill Gates. It seems that in addition to business, he is also an expert on climate issues and has become a kind of guru of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Virus, an expert on vaccines, food, and a myriad of topics on which he often speaks.
Of course, Gates is a free person, and as such, no one can stop him from expressing himself in the way he wants and on the topics he wants. It’s one thing for him to speak freely in a private environment. But he has been chosen by the White House to “lecture” 40 world leaders on the sensitive issue of “climate change.” A topic which, besides being much discussed from the scientific point of view, has acquired in recent years a very political perspective.
Gates has been criticized recently for several comments and extreme actions linked to the “green agenda.” Among them, he has invested millions in bizarre geoengineering research to block the Sun, channeling at least $4.6 million to SCoPEx principal investigator, Harvard applied physics scientist David Keith.
But there’s no end to Bill Gates’ imagination. He recently said that first-world countries should no longer eat meat and replace it with a 100% synthetic alternative.
However, Gates is praised by leftist and globalist sectors who champion the businessman as the man who will “save the world” and help the planet reach zero carbon emissions.
The new climate summit is the first since Joe Biden has been in the White House.
Former President Trump denounced serious abuses in previous climate agreements, assuring that they harm Western economies—mainly America while favoring the dangerous economy of the CCP.
Biden trashed his predecessor Trump’s idea. Together with the Democrats, he reintroduced their renewed ‘Green New Deal,’ which seeks to invest hundreds of billions of dollars in so-called ‘green’ initiatives. They plan to transition to a future 100% carbon-free economy and meet 100% of energy demand from zero-emission energy sources such as wind and solar.
This Thursday, President Biden pledged in front of 40 world leaders, including the heads of the CCP and Russia, to reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions by 50% from 2005 levels by 2030.
The new target essentially doubles the previous goal, set under former President Barack Obama in 2015 when he entered the U.S. into the controversial Paris climate agreement.
Unfortunately, the “green agenda,” also known as the Green New Deal, is not just a project of a coterie of environmentalists or yet another folly of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her fellow female politicians. It is a real plan to turn the United States into a socialist state. It is the culmination of a 90-year campaign that began with Franklin D. Roosevelt and the first New Deal.
Green New Deal sponsors, including Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Ed Markey, put forward illogical goals such as eliminating conventional fuels (i.e., oil, natural gas, and coal) by 2030, less than a decade from now; implementing a federal jobs guarantee; retrofitting every building in the United States; overhauling transportation with high-speed rail, and providing universal health care.
Little mention is made of the cost of this radical “modification” of the United States and who would pay for it. It’s easy to be “green” when all you have to do is pick other people’s pockets.
