Project Veritas has uncovered a ballot harvesting fraud in Minneapolis, with allegations that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), is involved in the scam.

Undercover news organization Project Veritas, revealed that paid workers have been illegally collecting ballots from elderly Somali immigrants in the Minneapolis district.

Liban Mohamed is the brother of Minneapolis City Councilman Jamal Osman, and he has been filmed in a Snapchat video holding up hundreds of ballots piled up on his dashboard.

“Just today we got 300 for Jamal Osman,” said Mohamed, aka KingLiban1, in the video. “I have 300 ballots in my car right now . . .
“Numbers don’t lie. You can see my car is full. All these here are absentee ballots. . . . Look, all these are for Jamal Osman,” he says, holding up the white envelopes.
“Money is the king in this world . . . and a campaign is driven by money.”

The Snapchat video was posted on July 1 and was obtained by Project Veritas, along with a 17-minute exposé that was released on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Minnesota law states that no single person can be the “designated agent” for more than three absentee votes.

These allegations surfaced just weeks before the next election, and President Trump has repeatedly voiced concerns over voter fraud, warning that the increased use of mail-in ballots due to the pandemic keeping people at home, leaves voters open to fraud, especially in some states where unsolicited ballots are sent to all voters.

“I don’t think you’re going to know anything. I don’t think you’ll know for two weeks, I don’t think you’ll know four weeks later,” Trump said when making remarks at the 2020 Council for National Policy meeting in August.

“Our investigation into this ballot harvesting ring demonstrates clearly how these unscrupulous operators exploit the elderly and immigrant communities,” said James O’Keefe, founder and CEO of Project Veritas.

Two people in the video obtained by Veritas including Omar Jamal, a Minneapolis community leader and chair of the city’s Somali Watchdog Group, who has become a whistleblower, implicate Ilhan Omar. Jamal claims Mohamed is “one of” Ilhan Omar’s “many people.”

“It’s an open secret. She will do anything that she can do to get elected and she has hundreds of people on the streets doing that,” he told Veritas in an on-camera interview on Tuesday, Sept. 22. “It’s not only her. It’s all this DFL [Democratic-Farmers-Labor] machine [that’s] in . . . the state of Minnesota . . .

“The regulations, if you ignore that and you let corruption and fraud become a daily business and then tough luck, the country will not exist as they [Americans] know it.”

The second on-camera person to implicate Ilhan Omar in the illegal scheme is a Minneapolis former political worker who wished to remain anonymous. She told Project Veritas that ballot harvesters collected “every single ballot” from the elderly living in Charles Horn Towers—a Minneapolis public housing complex prior to the Aug. 8 primary elections in Minnesota. “She said, “Knock on the door and say, ‘Your ballots come? Give it to me.’ ”

The anonymous whistleblower has implicated Ali (Isse) Gainey, Omar’s campaign district director, who, she alleges, was “coordinating everything.”

Gainey, “who is working in Ilhan’s campaign, is the one who is managing the voting place. They bring them. They line them. They put the open ballots in there and then they take them in and say, ‘Here,’ and the people mark [the ballots] … “They have perfected this system,” she said. “They will tell you we are applying for your ballot. They take a picture of your social security and your driver’s license. They have a database. When the ballot comes, they track it. Sometimes, they make fake emails. They track the ballot. Then they come and pick up the ballot, unopened … “They don’t give a [expletive] about any Somali … The DFL wants to win this state at all costs …and the victims is the Somali people.”

Also, she alleges that women and young people were given money for their ballots before the August primaries in Minnesota, reported the New York Post.
“Cash, cash, cash. They were carrying bags of money. … When you vote and they mark you off, then you get in the van, they give you the cash,” she alleges. It is against the federal law to pay anyone for their vote or intimidate them in any way.

Jamal, who formerly worked with Minnesota’s Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office on deradicalization education, cooperated with Project Veritas to uncover the “ongoing election fraud,” as he called it. He secretly recorded conversations between the alleged ballot harvester Mohamed and a member of the Minnesota DFL (Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party)—Minnesota DFL is affiliated with the Democratic Party.

In one call, Mohamed allegedly explains ballot harvesting: “You request for the ballot. It will be sent to your house. You will fill it out and then send it.”
Omar Jamal asks, “So they request for the elderly?”
Liban Mohamed says, “Yes, they request for them.”
Omar Jamal, “And it is taken away from them?”
Liban Mohamed, “Yes, it is taken away from them.”

In another call, Mohamed says, “I’m working for Jamal Osman [who is] running for City Council in Minneapolis. That’s my young brother,” reported the NY Post.
According to the Post, FBI Director Christopher Wray told the Senate last week, “We have not seen, historically, any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election,” troubling examples have arisen in recent months.

Donald Trump Jr. shared a portion of the video in a tweet that instantly began going viral.
