Fox News host Sean Hannity raised the troubling question about who is really in charge in the United States after he learned that Vice President Kamala Harris is taking on foreign policy duties.

“According to a new shocking Politico report, Harris is quickly being prepped to take the foreign policy reins from the Biden administration,” Hannity noted, according to Fox News Feb. 27.

It appears that she is being encouraged to do so by Biden, since that is exactly what she is supposed to do. Hannity goes on to expand on the case.

“Biden is now reportedly encouraging his vice president to engage directly with world leaders—that would be his job—and by the way, even develop her own rapport with U.S. allies,” he expanded.

Simultaneously, Harris holds regular meetings with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, prompting Hannity to ask the troubling question, “Why?”

“Even a few dozen Democrats now are trying to take away the nuclear codes from Joe Biden so it’s not in the hands of just him, one person … and his vice president now holding one-on-one calls with other world leaders,” Hannity said.

He added, “So what’s really going on here? Who’s in charge? And by the way, should we be concerned?”

He went on to outline several pieces of evidence that Biden is struggling with cognitive problems, and that his weakness is glaring.

“We can all see with our own eyes that Joe is frail, he is weak, and yes, he’s struggling cognitively,” Hannity said.

In addition, he rarely goes out in public, answers few questions, and also has not scheduled how he will conduct the State of the Union address, prior to which he is supposed to arrange a meeting with Congress.

Videos continue to appear on networks in which Biden, far from looking like the leader of one of the most important nations in the world, barely seems to have a vague notion of where he is.

As in this one, posted by the user @xlmsnow, in which after showing with facial gestures that he is making a great effort to concentrate, he wonders “What am I doing here?” and “I’m losing track …” which he recovers after reviewing the notes he has in his hand.

In another video, he appears to walk aimlessly after an address and turns to one of the aides, with unsure movements, until she thanks him and dismisses him, at which point he turns back and Harris, reminds him that he is not wearing a mask.

Biden returns to the lectern and covers part of his face after repeating three times, “my mask…” to leave the room.

“Dazed and confused!!!” Twitter user @beingrealmac, who contributed the video, writes.
